The slider door was broken, we couldn't enjoy the balcony. Valet was typically nice except the last day, one was laughing at how long we were waiting. Which I didn't find that too professional.

We spend an amazing family but it was too crowd. The new water park is awesome. Food was great.

My only complain, restaurants closed to early, not enough restaurants for the amount of people staying in the hotel. We had to eat in a sport bar because no space available. Not the kind of food I was looking for a friends reunion at night with the family. AC unit was not working correctly. We usually put the temperature at 65 degrees and barely made it at 72. Room was too hot.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, love the pools, kids had a blast I did not like the weird duvet cover that only covered a quarter of the duvet (eww) and got all tangled up when sleeping

Amazing hotel with spectacular pools and and staff. My only criticism would be that the hotel doubles as a convention Center making it massive and about a quarter mile walk to the car garage there's a shuttle available but as you can assume it's always busy.

Great hotel. Unfortunately no enough options for dining within the hotel. The few restaurants were fully booked.

Huge hotel. Check in was easy, but could never reach anyone at the front desk when calling from the room. Would have been nice if the main pool stayed open later than 10 pm.

The trip overall was good. The only issue I had was at arrival the bell asked if I wanted to have them take my bags to my room which I accepted. When I went to my room I spent over 45 minutes on hold waiting to reach the bell service, thus I went back to the bell service to retrieve my bags. I understand that it was busy and bell didn't have enough personnel, but they should have set my expectations so I can make the best decision.

At check in I was not offered the option of daily housekeeping. Annoying to come back to undone bed after a long workday. When I called housekeeping I was on hold for 20 (twenty!) minutes. Hotel is clearly understaffed and pinching pennies. As expected from Marriott, usual coice message for timeshare offer, of course without mentioning the name of the program. Very annoying sales pitch for a $300 a night hotel. All the rest as expected from a Marriott in a resort town. If seasonal prices are comparable, it's much better to stay at the Gaylord

This hotel is huge and busy. If you self park, you have to take a shuttle to the lobby. My accessible room was clean and well appointed. Plenty of soft towels. Bed comfortable. Great pools. Lots for children to do, but relaxing for adults. Great service at pool restaurant and bar. Look out for hidden charges; resort fee $42,wow!
