Yeah absolute wast of money. Staff including GM IS incompetent rude and liars /. It only did they lie about late checkout we had three People try and enter the room with my daughter , who when we first checked in stepped on broken glass “which no one cares “ on top of it they charges my card $500 for my 2 lb chihuahua that’s a service animals ! This is there way to take more money from. Ya worst part of our trio
