Hotels.com & Redroof robbed me!
I feel like Hotels.com and this Redroof Inn robbed me. first, the receptionist told me the room I'd booked was overbooked and she give me a room with double Queens instead of King. second, the ad said breakfast buffet and found out it was continental. then she directed me to wrong side of building. then checking out it to 45 minutes because the other receptionist couldn't figure out why I wasn't in the room I booked and proceeded to inform me that my room was available. I wasn't even showing in the other room she had given me. I knew the receptionist was living the night before due to the fact there were only 10 cars parked in the parking lot all night. the coffee dispenser was broke and I was told I still owed 45.00 before I left..this after paying 63.00 online. If Hotels.com can't follow up on these establishments for what is advertised they need to be held accountable to. I feel like i'my owed a refund of some sort. Pathetic business practice on both parts.

The housekeeping crew was friendly. The waffle maker was broken, on day two stay,they had ran out of coffee in the lobby for breakfast, no milk for the cereal, and it was only 8:15. The tables were dirty and no one bothered to wipe them off, neither did they wipe the counter that someone had spilled sugar all over. People in my party waned to go swimming and the pool was closed for maintenance and appeared as it had been closed for a while, as there was no water even in it!! I will definitely not stay again in this hotel.
