I had two friends coming into town to visit who were supposed to stay with us, but my kids got sick the day of their arrival and I put them up in separate rooms here. There was an incredibly loud humming noise coming from behind the walls in one the rooms. We called maintenance, who took 30 minutes to arrive. We could hear them out in the hall deliberating what they should tell us. The explanation was some sort of rattling from a main ventilation shaft that could not be fixed. They blamed the website for selling us a room when it shouldn't have and had nowhere else to put my friend. They didn't offer a discount, a refund or even a credit for another stay – just a fan to help drown out the noise, which didn't help. My friend got an hour of sleep that night. The rooms were clean, but parts of the hotel were in general disrepair. For example, a wall in the elevator had about a square foot of black duct tape covering a hole in the wall. For as much as they charged, it was disappointing.

We did not stay. The whole place was filthy. The floors were not mopped or vacuumed. There was black tape on the inside of the elevator. The manager did say he would approve a full refund.

Second time at this hotel in 6 months. The hotel is in a constant state of repair/refurbish. Bathroom sink was partially clogged. No fridge in room. Mattresses seemed old - creaky springs. WiFi did not work in room. Stale cigarette smell in hallway.

Very disappointed. Bed was dirty with crumbs under the sheets, bath mirror completely cracked, no breakfast/pub/bar as advertised (completely closed). Walked thru musty/smoke filled ground floor hallways to elevators. Ice machine broken on 4th floor (ours). No cups in room for coffee/tea they offer in room (Which Kurig was dirty). Check in staff WAS friendly but accommodations were HORRIBLE… NOT RETURNING

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!!!!! They have not updated anything since pre COVID. Any amenity listed online is no longer available!! No breakfast! No airport shuttle! Literally a bed and shower is all you get, and that’s only when they have it ready which is never when you need it. They were still cleaning rooms for people at 11:30 at night!! They were scrounging around through empty rooms for stuff to put in our room and others like pillows and sheets to get our room ready.

Our toilet broke soon after we arrived. We went to call the front desk but the phone didn't have a cord. I went to the front desk and they sent someone up. The maintenance person fiddled with the toilet and got it working (for the moment) and got a phone cord - but the phone itself was broken. The toilet broke again in the middle of the night. In the morning we asked to change rooms, and they said they didn't have any ready but could change at noon. I told them I was leaving for the day but told them I'd be back later. When "later" arrived, there was a new staff person who had no idea that we were changing rooms. We had to wait for someone else who was switching rooms to move their luggage so we could get access. Mind you, there were about 9 cars in the parking lot - the hotel was basically empty. The hotel itself was very run down. Many of the room numbers were taped paper signs by the door. The makeup mirror in the bathroom was dangling and falling off the wall. The water in the shower sprayed sideways and soaked the floor, and the drain was slow, leaving you standing in a puddle while showering. The door to the bathroom had a hole in it like something took a swing at it with something heavy. Overall, not a good experience.

Arrive on Tuesday and stayed to Sunday no one came to check the room. My husband had to go to the front counter to get new towels every night. The front desk person would check the sheet to see if they cleaned the room. It was marked they had when they did. The towels were not cleaned. There were bugs flying around the room.

Building is under construction but only partially finished. Management obviously didn’t check rooms prior to booking guests. Rooms were overbooked so we didn’t get the double we booked. We agreed to king room. Flat sheet was stained/dirty, only bath towels in bathroom, no washcloths, hand towels, bath mat, etc., no trash cans anywhere in room, and heat/ac didn’t work at all. We were moved to another room which was better but furniture looked like it hadn’t been dusted at all. Had coffee maker with coffee and creamer but no cups. We took bath linen with us to new room. Staff were pleasant but seemed to be dealing with issues from every guest there. Definitely not worth the $200 they charged.
