The room was beat up with scratches in on doors and cabinets. Stains on the lamp shades, towels with blood spots on them. I have stayed here many times and this is worst I have seen it.

ot impressed with first time visit.
I reserved a city view room and didn’t get it. Was on 7th floor and seeing the rooftop of the MGM and barely top of other hotels is not what I would call a “city view”. Dining in room service is only from 6am-2pm....? Not impressed with the food court either. Tried to get food at 9:30 pm and most of restaurants were closing down and the only two still open had huge lines. I know there were delivery options but after spending all day traveling, inside the MGM, and along the strip we just wanted a quick bite to relax, not wait forever. Used digital check in from phone to bypass the rush and it didn’t work at all when trying to access the elevators. Did open our room thou. Room was nice and clean.

Run for the hills
I would avoid this hotel. The TV did not work, we had to call the front desk twice before they sent someone to fix the issue. They had to replace the cable box (took about 50 mins total). The bath tub was clogged. The fire alarm went of constantly and to top it all off the water was turned off the morning we checked out!

Very nice property. Most restaurants are closed. Very very very understaffed. Pool lines are over an hour waite. If you dont get in be prepared to waite for a text in about 4 to 5 hours. Vegas isnt ready yet. People are coming. So plan ahead.

The room was super clean. The facility was also very clean, there is staff constantly wiping surfaces. We always have a wonderful time here. The MGM is our fist choice every time we go to Vegas.

Terrible pool situation
I’m actually super disappointed about the pool situation. We were not informed about the 50% pool capacity when booking or checking in. My kids and I were able to get in, and my husband needed to run and grab the floaties. I put him on the waitlist just in case it filled up within the next 10-15 minutes. It did fill up, and he wasn’t able to come swimming. It was a hassle trying to just allow him to get me the floaties. They told me I could talk to a supervisor, but they were all busy. I spoke to the girl about where I was on the waitlist, and she said I was far down, but she couldn’t tell me a time. Not sure how that works since I had done it prior to a list actually starting. In the end my husband couldn’t go on the only day for pool day for us. The text for the waitlist happened three hrs later. We chose MGM because of the pool. I probably wouldn’t come back because of that situation and how rude they were about everything. I’m also pregnant and needed the help from my husband to handle two toddlers. They had to “escort” my husband to get me the floaties. As if this were the biggest ordeal. The pool was emptying and people were leaving, that were in line, yet he still wasn’t getting off the waitlist for some reason. So ridiculous and not worth the extra money we paid to stay here specifically.
