The pool was already closed for the season, but nobody told us that the hot tub was not and we didn’t know that that was still an option to use. We stayed for three days. With that being said, it would’ve been nice to have a dresser or somewhere to put some of my clothes other than working out of a suitcase. There was also nowhere to hang bath towels. The continental breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful and cheerful. The hotel is very close to several good restaurants.

Maid service has to be requested, and I didn't need it. Indoor hot tub was wonderful. Breakfast was great. When I asked the staff to put my blue ice in the freezer, they put it in the refrigerator, or some place where it did not freeze. Parking was wonderful. Overall 4.5 stars out of 5.

The hotel is going through a remodel, they are doing it very efficiently, and it is not affecting the way that the day-to-day business is being managed. We stayed in a newly remodeled room and it was very nice. The staff check-in was very helpful and trying to navigate through some Expedia difficulties. Breakfast was served in the morning and was very good in the selection and and the quality. Very nice place to stay I would definitely stay here again.

The property was under a major renovation that was unknown to us before arrival. We had no hot water for one day or our stay, the pool and jacuzzi were not functioning, so we were unable to use either. The room they put us in was surrounded by loud construction. The staff was nice and the property could be decent once the construction is taken care of and they get the pool and jacuzzi functioning.

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Looked like they were doing some remodel work to in the lobby area too. Room was nice and updated. The only thing I didn’t like is there were no elevators only stairs to the second floor, which could be a problem for the older guest and handicapped, so make sure and get a room on the first floor.

We booked a room for 5 with 2 queen beds and a pullout. When we arrived, we were issued a room that sleeps 4 with a king bed and 2 small pullouts. They also gave us a rollaway, so it worked ok. The breakfast was 1 or 2 stars. It included a couple cooked items so I'd maybe give it 2 stars, but the oatmeal was out, the gravy was inedible, everything else was just color breakfast. The staff was super helpful and quick response. The hotel was clean. The location was convenient. Overall, it was fine, but not great and not terrible.
