I was over charged, which I’m notifying my credit card. The agreed price was $79.

Check in Process sucked - but hotel is superb
This is one of those hotels that are so "uptight" when you check in... rigid as shit... with a stick up their ass....at the reception area...(only). If management reads this... please address that... Room and Restaurants is a different story - super nice and clean, people just bend over backward to make you feel welcomed and to please every desire. The rooms are large and be extremely comfortable and very clean rooms. I absolutely love them.

NOT SAFE FOR FEMALES
male enter into my wife's room wile she was asleep to give her an amenitie, but he was too close to the bed. When i called the hotel they told me it was normal and that they were going to check the videos, nothing was done. IS NOT A SAFE PLACE!

Old and needs renovation
It’s ok. But it needs an urgent renovation.... specially the bathrooms Employees are really nice and helpful Food is ok, but room service needs a lot of improvement.... I ordered and everything was over cooked

Exceptional 10.0
Mexico City 1960s cassic
I loved it. What a great value! A bit dated, but in good shape (please think about changing hallway and room carpet tho). Service was so thoughtful and helpful, with the concierge even offering to assist on his morning off. The wonderful front desk agent upgraded me to the upper floor, and while I had to pay for breakfast there, was well worth the money. And hotel location remains one of the best in the city. Yes, I'd gladly stay here again.
