Building is old. It smells like mildew and oldness. The front desk lady was nice. Breakfast was ok.

Unbelievably terrible
I chose this hotel bc of its indoor pool. The pool was closed and had been for months. The area around the pool was beautiful but it could not be used. There was no ice anywhere in the facility. The TV didnt work. Old mattresses were stacked in the parking lot. The wanted a $250 cash deposit. The continental breakfast had waffles and biscuits. The orange juice machine didnt work. The staff was totally dismissive and didnt even thank for the visit. My room had no lamp in it except on the dresser and wall beside bed. The location was excelkent and the hotel had great potential and could be beautiful if anyone cared. One review said yhe pool had been closed for a year. This does not approach the quality inns ive stayed in before. If i was corporate management id remove my brand from this location.
