The room was clean. However, there were holes in the walls, pieces of the trims broken off, big chunks out of the bathtub, and the toilet would randomly drain super loud every 20 minutes or so, which kept me up most of the night. I definitely will not be staying here again.

Lovely woman at the check-in counter, very personable and made the check-in process short and smooth as possible. She offered options on location for our room, which was helpful because my mother has mobility issues. Hotel has a great location and offers a free basic breakfast with plenty of seating. Keeping in mind the great value you get for this hotel the room was without tissues, cups for rinsing your mouth and brushing your teeth, and a trashcan. I did reply to a check-in text, asking for these materials, but did not receive them. The TV was analog and only offered one clear picture. The rest of the channels were fuzzy. we stayed in room 110. The bedsheets had small holes but sheets were overall clean and well-made. I had a comfortable night sleep. The most disappointing part was going into the restroom and seeing a cockroach scurry across the countertop. The other guests were quiet and the heating unit worked well. Overall, the friendliness of the staff is probably not enough to have me return. I’ll probably pay a higher cost for more ammenities and cleaner room.

Rooms were being renovated which is a good thing. Hotel showed its age but was in the process of looking very nice. You could hear people in the room next to you. Everything was clean and had power outlets for USB and pronged devices. Bed was very comfortable. Lighting in the room was a little dark. Could use different bulbs or additional fixtures

It was a pretty good room for the price. Although on at 8am on a Sunday morning they decided to work on the exterior and woke me up. No coffee maker as advertised. The shower was weak but warm. Good heater too.

Clean and adequate for my needs. No elevator

Check in was fast and easy. I did NOT know there was No elevator with two floors. I am disabled and walk with a cane and found out after checking in at the front desk and went looking for an elevator. Room was clean, beds were double beds, and comfortable. Breakfast was nice and to the enjoyment of my 4 grandkids that joined me.

Fire alarm beeped constantly, no internet at my room, no coffee maker, Kleenex, or toilet paper holder, very noisy, roaring bathroom fan, A/C difficult to set or regulate, security fastener on door placed so that it didn’t close, bed not comfortable, no shelf in bathroom for items. The room was very nice. The breakfast was great. Staff was very professional. The only problems we had was when we checked in the floors was very dirty we had white socks on and they turned black we told the office to have them mop our floors and they said that they might not get to them today and they didn't get to do them so i said something when we got breakfast the next day the cleaners was told to do them they came in and gave us clean towels but they didn't mop our floors the other problem was that we seen roaches in the room which we also told staff about.

Just loud but very clean!

The rooms were very clean. I requested to leave the first room as a young baby continued to cry. The adjoined room door is paper thin and it was like being in the same room as a crying baby. I requested a new room after the third time the baby woke me up. (I don't blame the child. I know its difficult with young babies crying) My second room was worse. Room #137. I woke up a 5am to use the restroom. Never could fall back asleep with the traffic outside. I could hear everything outside. Very clean motel but VERY noisy!
