    When we checked in, there was a party in the atrium. The noise level was so load I could not even be heard when I called the front desk to complain. I was told that quiet hour was at 11pm! but the DJ was paid until 10pm. I had just driven 12 hours and needed rest and rest was the last thing I got from this hotel. Very very poor quality when the noise level was so load the walls vibrated. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

    DO NOT STAY!!

    When we arrived, they had a wedding reception going on and it was extremely loud. We were very tired after a 24 hour drive and were exhausted. It was hard to sleep with all the noise. In the middle of the night, I found the plastic top off a new deodorant in the bed. That tells me that the sheets were not changed from the previous guest. No cleaning was done or new towels given when we returned for night 2. We complained about the sheets and were told the sheets were changed but it "just feel out of the housekeepers pocket." We were unable to sleep the next night knowing the sheets were dirty. At check out, we were told that she could not do anything but would have the manager call me the next day. When she didn't call I called the hotel and was told by a gentleman that answered that he didn't know her schedule and he just started. When I asked his name he hung up on me. I called back and he hung up on me again. The third call a lady answered and was told she couldn't tell me his name. She told me the manager was too busy with corporate meetings to call me. When I complained about the noise level she told me that they make more money from the events than the rooms. When asked what the managers hours are so I could call back during those times she said she didn't know. The shower was dirty on top of everything else. I do not recommend a you stay there. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE PLACE!!! Was told if you book through a 3rd party there is nothing that can be done!! BS!!

    The blankets were dirty, side of the mattress was covered in hair and things housekeeping didn’t clean up. The rest of the room was fine, but the bed was disgusting

    Quality? HA.

    This place was absolutely filthy disgusting. Black mold literally spilling out of the AC unit, the bathroom looked like it had merely been "quickly" cleaned for probably years - i.e. who knows the last time it was scrubbed. I wouldn't let my kids shower, just for reference. It was gross.

    pleasant place to stay

    Staff is very nice, breakfast was descent, there is always free coffee. The restaurant and bar are nice. Overall, i like it. We have stayed here twice in the last month for business.
