Location was very good. Rooms were adequate. There were no instructions regarding how to work anything or what to do with trash or recycling. Staff was available only through text message. I had to chase them for access code. I was told I could use the garage which was filthy and the door was broken. Clearly this property is a work in progress

Super clean and comfortable townhouse that is walking distance to downtown and all the phenomenal restaurants Royal Oak has to offer. Only made better by the most responsive management I've ever dealt with for a rental like this.

Do not be deceived. This is a small partially renovated home in a not so good neighborhood. It was verrryyy scary pulling up to the property. Notice there is no pictures of the outside. This is a very old home, they tried to remodel it with cheap materials. One small bathroom for a two or three bedroom condo. Scary unfinished basement do not look down there. This was my first and last time here. Sheets did not look clean, I bought my own. Save your money go to a hotel it’s cheaper more update, safer and cleaner. Waste of money.

Conveniently located a few blocks down from the Royal Oak Music Theater, so we walked down to the Spiritualized show we were in town for. Updated, modern and very clean. Beds and bedding were very comfortable! We so appreciated the variety of stocked Keurig cups for morning coffee. Great and quick communication from the host. We will definitely rent this place again on our next trip to Royal Oak. Thank you for a great stay!
