    Good customer service, nice hot
The hotel was nice. Decor was lovely and our room was great. We overlooked the lobby/breakfast area and it was a little louder than I expected. That being said it wasn’t loud long or late. The loudest part was how the pool echos into lobby as the wall doesn’t completely enclose the pool (more noticeable when you’re in the lobby not as much in our second floor room but still noticeable). We picked this hotel because we thought there was a hot tub and we were sad to discover there was no hot tub. Could have been confusion on my part when booking, I guess, but that was our biggest disappointment. The service was good from the front desk, to our server at the restaurant to breakfast. I wish the restaurant had more plant based options than the frozen veggie patty. The breakfast was nice. Love that they serve local meat at the breakfast buffet for those that eat meat. They were pet friendly too! Overall a good stay and I would probably stay here again depending on the pricing.

I stayed the night and left something of mine in a fairly large case in the bed. (My dumb fault I know) I called that night and they told me to call back the next morning. When I called the next morning they told me no one had found it and if it was still in the room they would look when the current guest left. When I told them it was in the bed and unless they didn't change the sheets they should have found it. Again they didn't find it but they definitely changed their sheets. How they didn't find something that big in the bed when changing the sheets seems unlikely. Either they have dishonest staff or don't change the sheets and the next guest took it.

    Disrespectful guests
Some of the guest were highly intoxicated riding luggage carts in the hallway, banging into doors and walls and knocking artwork off of the walls. This went on until after midnight.

    Great Place to stay
This hotel has everything you need, spacious rooms, nice atmosphere for sitting in lobby area or even on each floor, indoor pool if that is your thing. Excellent resturant and nice buffet breakfast for a small fee. Great bar with craft beer. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly.

Clean, but noisy. Friendly, but overworked staff.
Loud music all night from bar pierced into our room. Made sleeping hard. Breakfast was not stocked or staffed adequately to handle the mouths to feed. Clean room and bed. Good value overall, but worst stay of trip from Washington DC to Colorado.

Great room if you want to stay up late.
Hotel was in good condition, but be advised if you stay across from the bar area looking over the atrium area, you may be listening to the bass into the morning hours. At 1 am the front desk said it may go on until 3am, and they could ask them to turn it down a little. At 1:30 we called again and they did allow us to move to a room across the hall. Moving rooms at 1:30 in the morning because of music from a hotel bar is not my idea of a good night. I was only offered breakfast as compensation for the issue. We did have breakfast and even for a hotel it was pretty poor quality.

Okay, But Too Noisy, Too Late!
The noise from the bar, so late in the evening, was a bit disconcerting. I'd stay there again, but ask for a different room arrangement.

    Really nice place.
Place is in really great shape. Bar and grill is nice. We were in town for a class reunion. Room was clean. Pool side/conference center side rooms are noisy. Other than that it’s a nice place.

Nice but room was too small
Liked the location, hotel was nice and clean. My only real complaint was the cost vs. the size of the room. It was very small for the price.
