Gone downhill fast
Hotel has gone downhill in the last 2 years since I last stayed there. Pool is out of commission. Carpets are dirty and if you take a look around the hotel and rooms you will see everything is getting old, broken, stained. Tub had burn marks, lampshades we're stained yellow, leather chair breaking apart. However, beds are still great, lots of TV channels and ice cold AC.

" Never Again"
Not so good. First off up on arrival we couldn't find a park for over 15 minutes, then we have to use the Charion hotel entrance,the front desk staff was outside infront the building smoking. We finally got check in after a 15 minutes wait, then our room wasn't ready cleaniness . Never again!!!

The hotel is actually three different hotels all in one with a single check in counter that makes for a long check in line. The building is starting to straddle the line of being run down with loose carpeting in the walkways and worn out fixtures and poorly repaired walls. We also had to change rooms because the tub faucet broke and would not shut off. All least the guy at the counter was accommodating. The pool is also closed and looks to have no signs of being reopened.

Dont stay here!
Hotel was run down. There were 3 hotels in one, and one guy working the front desk for all 3. He was very nice, but way overworked. We arrived after midnight and it took about 30 minutes just to check in. Paid for Ramada, but we were put in the run down Radisson. Room reeked of mildew, but they were booked solid and we were too tired to find another hotel at that hour. We had a reservation there for Sunday night also, but cancelled it and booked somewhere else.

We had to request another room. First room was musty smelling. Air conditioning didn’t work. Sheets felt damp. Second room was better. Air conditioning did not work well either!
