There were a few hairs on the bathroom counter. The trash was not empty. The fridge was not empty. The remote control for the TV died during the stay. The front desk didn't know how to fix it the first time I asked. They said they would send maintenance in the morning. No one came. The next night someone different was working and they fixed it right away. The floors in the lobby were so wet there were puddles most of the day one day.
