We staid here for a few week paid a $100 deposit to do an extended stay. I paid $50 a week to have my bog there with us. had to deep clean my own room before we could stay. Housekeeping services only came one time the hole time we were there. Front desk staff was not helpful and kept giving us wrong and contradictory information. When we went to check out after cleaning the room really well to get the hundred dollars back they told me that they were not giving it back because there was dog hair on the carpet that is what I thought the 50 was for pet damages. They will not talk to you about anything to resolve they tell you to get out or hang up on you never stay here they will rip you off

Improving from previous ownership
This property has improved tremendously since it was owned by a different chain. Shower took several minutes to warm-up. Furnishings in room have been updated. Still need to clean up and update exterior. Overall for the price it would be tough to beat.

We got a bit more than what we paid for
Lets be realistic, when you pay $52 for a hotel room in a a town where every other room is well over $100, you cannot expect turn down service, valets and mints on the pillow. With this knowledge, we read all the reviews and we decided to gamble on this hotel. We were somewhat pleasantly surprised. The hotel itself is old, run down, at the end of its time and in need of a drastic remodel. Probably the purchase of a weed eater, a can of Round-Up and a couple of money hungry teenagers would be a good idea because it is really overgrown with weeds which almost makes it look like an abandoned building. However, the room itself was actually comfortable and clean. It was mostly quiet except for the guy above us slamming his door at 0400. The staff was friendly. Everything worked fine. No weird stains or smoke odors. The shower was hot with decent pressure. Honestly, I feel we got a bit above what we would expect for a $52 hotel room. I would not hesitate staying again if there were no other reasonable options available.
