Second floor hall was very dirty and pretty unpleasant. But, once you enter the room it was very different. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. For the rate, would book again.

Clean room, awesome staff, continental breakfast lacked a lot (went out for breakfast because of it) great room/ facility for the price point, pool area needs more chairs, attached restaurant didn’t have much of a selection/ no bar.

The staff was very helpful. The rugs were very dirty and needs to be replaced but our overall stay was good for the price. I would stay there again if needed.

This hotel is very serviceable and reasonably priced. The location pretty convenient for the greater Detroit area. Plenty of available parking, seems very safe, definitely clean. My only criticism might be to forewarn anyone who is environmentally sensitive to chemicals. I've stayed here three times and it always reeks of disinfectants in the lobby area

6/10 Good

Upon arrival to check in (3pm) we had to wait about 20 min because there were no clean rooms. The lobby area is clean & smells nice but the hallways look dingy. The carpet definitely needs to be replaced & maybe some brighter paint. Several things in our room had not been cleaned such as the shower, microwave & the balcony door looked foggy. The staff was friendly, breakfast was decent, there’s plenty of parking, great shopping area & smoking was convenient due to the balcony. The room was only $100 so I you get what you pay for. Also the restaurant in lobby has great food. Reasonably priced too. I’d give this hotel a 6 out of 10.

8/10 Very good

The room was clean when I got in but the shower floor was brown. I assumed it was stains in the tub. If you’re looking for breakfast to get by then this would be good, otherwise this wouldn’t be your hotel. The breakfast was limited (warm up sandwiches, make your own waffle, cereal, and maybe juice if it works). Parking was never an issue and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

The staff were greet and welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were spotless. The hotel lobby was very clean and it was one of the best smelling hotels I’ve ever been at. I would recommend to friends.
