Avoid whilst under construction!
This place is a construction site! It should not be open- see photos of corridor our room was on! Receptionist was miserable at check-in. Use of plastic cutlery and disposables at breakfast is despicable! Pool was closed, work goes on until 8pm, no lifts operating so had to carry heavy luggage upstairs…..

Just what we needed
Ellsworth was centrally located to where we needed to be over the course of two days so it worked out well for us. The hotel exterior is under construction, but the inside was decent. It's not a fancy hotel, but it was perfectly fine for our needs. There is a grocery store next door (you could walk), which was convenient and the breakfast was nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
