Check was horrible an impolite staff member who did inform us of our room number and had to be reminded again was Hilton Honors member too. Pool and breakfast were great outside property was disgusting with dog poop along walk ways. Dogs though leashed greeted us as we try to get off elevator and backed us back in by coming at us and growling. Owner very rude and would not pull away even though we stated we are not dog people.

Stayed for 2 nights, overall great hotel! They are pet friendly so you may hear a random dog every now and then, no biggie. We had lunch at the bar… not the best. They couldn’t get the cheese melted for my nachos so I picked a bbq sandwich instead… um, it wasn’t good. The meat was really loaded down with big pieces of chewy fat. My husband’s buffalo chicken strips were good though! They’re a bar, so the only nonalcoholic drink options were Coke and Diet Coke, that was fine. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The room was really clean and had extras of things we needed. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool or hot tub this stay but have stayed here previously and they were great!

We had a wonderful weekend getaway! The room was really nice and spacious, clean, bed was comfy, nice toiletries stocked in bathroom. Loved the balcony. Couldn’t see the beach through the trees, but that was expected based on the pictures. The boardwalk to the beach through the mangroves was so pretty and the beach was great. Staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was unexpectedly good and had a big selection. We couldn’t ask for a better weekend getaway, and can not wait to come back with the kids!!

There are NO OCEAN VIEWS from any balcony rooms on any floor. Trees have covered the entire beach views. The team members are courteous & helpful. The hotel is exceptionally clean & well kept. Selection of breakfast items was good & staff were polite. The bar service & staff were great.
