Bed too hard for us. A.C. fan shut off & on (was not on energy saver) which kept me hot them cold all night. Everything else good.

Thank you from the Tabor/Brown families
We needed a motel close to the Nursing Home where my mother-in-law lived as she was passing from this life. This place treated us extremely well. The staff was courteous and it certainly met our needs. Would not have any reservations about staying there again.

Worth staying at for the money!
This is a older motel but I will honestly say that it was well worth staying at for $48!!! It may not have been as fancy as a newer modern hotel but it was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay again if I returned to the area.

Not so good.
It was a good thing that I had printed out my reservation confirmation, because when I checked in he had trouble finding my reservation We had reserved a queen bed in a nonsmoking room. He gave us a king bed in a nonsmoking room, which was nice. The room seemed clean enough, but unfortunately there was only one plug in the whole room that worked. The plug ins in the bathroom did not work, and the only one that worked (or was in the whole room) was where the TV was. The clerk brought us a plug in strip that he plugged in there so we were able to plug in my computer and phones, but everything came out of that one plug. We thought kind of a fire hazard. There were no plug ins anywhere on any other wall that we could see. The "breakfast" the next morning consisted of a honeybun and a package of ding dong like rolls. The coffee pot was almost empty, and the waffle dispenser had just fallen apart at another guest's hands. A couple of roomfuls of teenagers were on our floor and we thought that maybe they had cleaned out everything else. However, I did not expect a whole lot for $48 and it was only for one night. The clerk was very nice and friendly and tried hard to help us. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and when we finally got to sleep, we slept well. We will not be staying there again, however.
