    Eh, So so!

    Was a so so room. Older ammdnities, sink area was new. Tub\Shower was stained & mildew growing in corners. Caulk was missing where shower panels meet Tub. Just poorly maintained

    NOT AS EXPECTED

    During this time with COVID issues still around, the room cleanliness was not good. TV remote not disinfected and was found on the floor near trash can, bathroom had two dead roaches behind door, vacuuming if done at all was very poor. Was told that coffee was available 24 hours, and when we went to get a cup was informed NO COFFEE AVAILABLE UNTIL BREAKFAST TIME. I had to spend extra to buy coffee elsewhere.. very disappointed at this time.

    Bugs in room

    Older property. Check in was quick and easy. Plenty of parking. Easy access. Room appeared fine. Went to bed and woke at midnight to use rest room... Turned on light by bathroom to find bugs scurrying around the sink counter. Too much for me to handle. It was midnight. Paid for 2 nights and this 1st night. Paid for 2 nights. I dressed and left. Didnt get 2nd night refund. Don't stay here.

    Not worth $125/night, that's for sure.

    Really fell short on the cleanliness issue. Upon entering the room I moved the ottoman to put my bag on the chair, only to find popcorn on the floor where it was. In the sink and bath areas it looked like nobody had even swept for a week. I know labor is an issue these days but rooms have to be clean. Then, upon trying to check out before 6 a.m., I found the lobby all locked up; nobody on staff. There was a phone number at the drive up window, saying "I'm on property...call xxx-xxxx." But nobody answered either time I called. And lobby did NOT open at 6 as the sign at the door said it would. VERY frustrating, when you have to get to work.
