Phenomenal service with the exception of one lady. The hotel is centrally located. Folks are very friendly. Rooms were cleaned daily and left you water bottles. Cant say it enough, great place to stay.

Had no idea I would not be able to swim due to rain! Should have indoor pool also! I never spent that amount and not have any breakfast I couldn’t leave due to parking garage is worse than anything I e ever experienced it is very possible to have an accident in that space they call a tight ridiculous parking area. No vending machine at all!!! Please give me allllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll my $ back! Could not leave tight go in narrow space that was a heart attack waiting to happen! My man don’t drive so I had to walk limited to activity I was afraid to go through a 1/2 hour easing up and back to park the SUV it’s sad due to me paying $ to rent it. Get a parking lot . Then I had to pay to be tortured like that. I’m crying while texting that’s how bad my experience was no need to contact me about this when I even think about my trip to Washington I cry!!!
