Great but inspect bedding closely beforehand.
Everything was great & I would definitely go again but they had yellow stains on the blanket. It was clean I’m sure but if any blanket is stained like that just throw it away Hyatt, no reason to gross out your clients.

This was the worst stay I can remember, and I stay in hotels at least twice a month. There was construction going on throughout the day with extremely loud drilling and hammering on the other side of the wall, which made it impossible to sleep or even tolerate being in the room. The curtains and small holes all over it which would sunlight in. The ceiling had mold right over the bed. The second day, the toilet stopped flushing, all the water pressure went out in the shower and there was no hot water. Only one of the three elevators seemed to be working which made waits pretty long. The advertise a cooked breakfast, but it's eggos, not belgian waffles, they are definitely eggos. All of the breakfast food was pretty awful and tasted like it was under-microwaved. The help downstairs wasn't very receptive, helpful, or friendly. I would have been disappointed, but not entirely surprised if this was a 70$ a night motel, but for a Hyatt at 200+ a night, this was ridiculous. I had more reservations there for the year, but immediately canceled them all in favor of the Hilton.

Hotel was great, although overpriced. It appeared our room had some water damage or something on the wall near the window/ac-heater.
