Disturbed in the early hours as someone stuck in the common bathroom had to break the door to get out. And the bed was very uncomfortable.

It is a self check-in hotel. I call and they said that they did NOT deal with Expedia for months. I reserved a room in couple month in advance for 4 people during the Paris Woman World Cup week. Expedia did NOT send me the e-mail that my reservation been void. I lost all the room rent money. I want a refund from Expedia.

Otra vez tuve problemas con mi reservación, al parecer el hotel no la tenía confirmada. Por suerte llegue antes y pude tener una habitación pero hubo gente que se quedó sin habitación. Les pido que hablen directamente con el hotel para arreglar el tema de estancia. No voy a dedicar tres horas más de mi viaje y llamadas a México, Estados Unidos y Francia para saber qué pasó.

pas de rideau occultant sur le vélux, toilettes et douche sur le palier, plus d'1cm de jour sous la porte, mauvaise odeur dans le couloir, pas de petit déjeuner possible, pas très bien insonorisé, accueil très limite...
