WSOP 2023
Had a very fast check in and check out service via the express kiosks. The line to check in was ridiculous, so I decided to use it for the very first time. It was quick and easy and I had my room available with my keys within 5 minutes! Once I was in the room, wifi was available via the portal, as the information to access was not provided in check in, and it was easy also. The room was spacious and clean. It wasn’t the best view, but I wasn’t there for that, nor in my room much, except to sleep and shower. Everyone on the property was helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay again upon a return visit. I was there for the WSOP 2023, and it was a convenient and economical choice, and not sure it could be beat, including proximity.

Spacious room in middle of the Strip
A decent experience, with a great location in the middle of the strip. The room was very large and spacious, with a very nice open bathroom area having a large walk-in shower and a enormous bathtub situated in the center of the room in view of the bed. Those wanting more privacy and separation between the bed area and bathroom may need to keep that in mind. The bed was ok, with scratchy sheets and extremely light pillows with barely any stuffing left in them (it felt like resting your head on a pillowcase). The room was acceptably clean, though it is showing its age, with lots of dust built up in the corners of the room. We had a single cricket walk across our floor in the bathroom (which was perplexing, but at least it wasn't a roach). Room service options seemed limited, but we only stayed a single night here. Plus there are plenty of dining options in the area, particularly right out front of the Horseshoe. The hotel shares a parking garage with the Paris casino, which made finding the garage a bit confusing at first.

Not happy.
My room had over 6 different bugs, not sure if they were a type of moth. There were a couple regular moths as well in the room. I was too tired to go back to the front desk to get a new room. Then I was stuck in their elevator for over a hour with 9 people. It was hot after about 45 minutes someone in the elevator opened the door to get some air. The fan on the ceiling wasn’t running.

Check in sucks, everything else great.
The room was nice. The check in was the worst I've ever seen. A 40 min wait in line to use a computer to self serve. Only one grumpy guy to assist all ten stations, and he clearly hated his job. The registration process will prevent me from ever staying here again.
