Disney's Beach Club Resort, Lake Buena Vista

Room clean, but serious bleach smell. Approx. 10" soaking wet spot next to bed.

We had a great overnight stay at the Disney Beach Club. The best part about this resort is that you can walk to Epcot!

Beautiful property and great pool area for kids. I loved that your feet could touch sand at the bottom of the pool! My kids had a blast digging in sand all day and going down the water slide over and over again. Pool area really is amazing but the service overall was substandard and not what you would expect at a Disney hotel and for the amount of money you pay to stay here. Staff was not overly friendly or helpful. This was our first time at this resort and we were excited to check it with our kids. We stayed at the Polynesian over Christmas and had an amazing time but wanted to try another Disney hotel. Big difference in service quality between the two. We did have an amazing server at our character breakfast and the food there was very good but other than that the service was just okay. We will probably not stay there again.

Perfect location to Epcot. Bed was very comfortable. We stayed at club level. Our room was very long distance to lounge and elevators. We had stayed at Grand Floridian club level last year, which had better food and services.
