Outstanding experience, superb staff, room filled with light and immaculate condition, best public transport right outside hotel, housekeeping staff that have high attention to detail, front desk team that are service oriented and very helpful. I can’t recommend this hotel more highly. The best choice in Seoul.

Overall decent business hotel, good value for the price. Two main complaints: a) the front desk could be more knowledgable about how to get to some of the main attractions in Seoul. They meant well but were not very well informed. b) the "fitness center" was a joke--a single treadmill. Was frustrating to not be able to work out while staying there for a full week. A minor investment will go a long way towards improving this amenity. Breakfast was quite good although rather expensive, and the dining room has a beautiful view over the city which was a nice way to start the morning.

Nicely located in Gangnam across the street from the Coex Starfield underground mall, steps from the 9 metro and several buses that take you to Insadong, Gwangjang market and central Seoul. Plus a short walk to and from the airport shuttle bus which is waaaay more economical than a taxi. The rooms are exceptionally clean and modern, though on the smaller side especially if you have a checked in size luggage, with a very comfy bed. The hotel offers great touches like terry robes, an in room nespresso machine, nIce toiletries and good sized shower with glass door. Breakfast on the scenic top floor is lovely offering a mix of Asian and western dishes. The staff at the front desk were helpful in every way when needing directions, suggestions for local meals and activities. The almost floor to ceiling windows are great! If you opt for the deluxe corner, ask for a room on the 10 side so it’s worth it like the picture. The 01 side faces another building. So while you get the extra window, you cannot see anything out of it. All in all a great stay and well worth the price.
