Avoid at all costs. Never stayed at a worse hotel. Was expecting an ok standard, but the rooms were old, dirty and run down. There were body hair left in the bath from previous guests. Hair stuck in the drain. Not even glasses or a kettle available in the room. When I went to the reception to ask for some glasses, I was told to go get some at the bar myself. I also made reception aware of the state of the room including the body hair left behind. Staff said this was not good enough, but that there was nothing they could do for me. Letting the pictures added speak for themselves... Please do not waste your money here.

Late check in due to hotel computer issues! Had booked two rooms, one for my mother of 87, rooms not together my mothers room was to far to walk to, it was a bother to staff to assign a new room, not friendly at all! Booking restaurant was troublesome, service was so bad that we had to leave after 45 minutes “NO Service” had to instead settle for the buffet, buffet was way to expensive for the lack of quality food provided! I will not stay at this hotel again and will not recommend to others. I will go out of my way to warn anyone that asks me to not to stay at your hotel.

Our experience was very disappointing. Just one day before our arrival, the hotel informed us that our reservation had been changed and gave us only two options: transfer to another hotel or cancel. Since our trip was the next day, canceling was not realistic, so we had no real choice but to accept the transfer. The replacement hotel did not offer the same facilities. There was no swimming pool or attractions for children, which were the main reasons we chose the original hotel. Although we were allowed to use the pool at the original property, it was over a kilometer away, which was very inconvenient with children. The new hotel also did not have its own parking, which made traveling with kids more difficult, and we had to pay extra for parking as well. Despite the clear downgrade in facilities, we received no refund or compensation. Overall, the situation caused us a lot of stress and disappointment, and we cannot recommend this hotel.

Hotellet var meget barnevennlig. Greie rom, men ganske slitt og ikke helt rent under senga og i kriker og kroker. Kunne godt vært foruten teppegulv på rommet. Ellers var det fint med svømmebasseng inne og ute. Fin hage. Nært byen og serverdigheter. Dyr buffet, men helt grei mat.

Bra utvalg på frokosten. Blide og hyggelige ansatte. Sentralt. Flott uteområde med basseng og minigolf. Rolig selv om det er mye gjester på hotellet. Minus for buffé, der utvalg av mat og dessert var litt lite og at det nå er betaling på kaffeautomaten i resepsjonen. Dette var mitt 7. besøk og kommer garantert igjen.

Deilig med utebasseng i tillegg til innendørs. God frokost. Stusser på en ting etter å ha overnattet tre dager, at rommet ikke blei stelt på noe vis. Sengestrekk trenger vi ikke, men tømme boss og bytte hånkle hadde vært fint. Mulig slikt må bestilles men fant det ingen steder, og heller ikke spurt om ved innsjekk. Ordnet oss håndklær sjølv, så får vi heller spørre neste gang.
