Bristol's best kept secret! Redfield is an old mining community, with Victorian terraced houses featuring plenty of period features. A neighbourhood of young families and retirees, it is a safe and friendly part of town close to the buzz of Church road.
There are many links to town from Redfield - it’s about a 25 minute walk away from Bristol Temple Meads railway station or the city centre, making it a perfect place for commuters. It is also easy to hop on a train to Clifton Down, which is just 4 short stops from Lawrence Hill railway station.
Redfield has become a popular place to live for people working in the city centre because of the short 1.5 miles distance.
There is easy access to town by foot or by bicycle thanks to the Bristol to Bath cycle path, and there are regular buses which can be caught either from Church Road, or Devon Road.
Another option is to hire a YoBike, just search the app store for the YoBike app and hop on one of the yellow bikes which are usually in plentiful supply on Church Road.
