too noisy
My room was on the freeway side of the hotel with the DART train running right under my window. Even on the 17th floor, it sounded like an airplane about to hit the hotel. Freeway noise was too loud as well, as the hallway noise - walls too thin maybe?

Would stay again
Good location, easy on/off 75/635 E. Family gathering in Dallas/Richardson. Free parking. Room big, clean. But, room door was across from some kind big vent blowing cold air when temp was 40 degrees. Cold air would blow from vent underneath door, so room was cold. Bed was peculiar in that there was no comforter or blanket, simply two white sheets. Had to turn temp up to 74 to get comfy.

Lobby was freezing, full of drafts... not pleasant at all. Highway traffic can be heard even when on the opposite side.

IS THIS HYATT HOTEL
for a week of stay in the same hotel, I have the worst experience, on the first day they gave me a room that looks like a third class motel, so small and filty, on the second day I woke up with a very disturbing odor so I requested to move me in a different room, my request was granted...yet, another issue comes, annoying sounds from construction workers...I chose Hyatt Hotel for it's known to be one of the best hotels around, I was completely wrong, doesn't worth for what I paid for, please don't stain your name hotels.com, it will greatly create a bad image with your reputation.
