Location of hotel was hard to get to. We noticed a lot of homeless people on the near by streets while trying to get to the hotel. Jus when we thought we found a way we were directed by to the freeway and had to go back on to I25 s took the next exit n had to go back through the downtown area. One area i think we went down a one way street. Was very dark. I didnt like location. And theres no security.

My husband had injured his leg and was having a lot of difficulty moving. Your employees helped him carry things to his room which was greatly appreciated. He was very pleased that they helped him out. Thank you so much for your great customer service.

Reasonable and clean.
This is a nice, clean hotel. I wasn't impressed with the local area once we drove around to find a place to eat. The staff was friendly and helpful. Selection of food was very good. We enjoyed our stay.

Decent-For Just The Right Traveler
There is no getting around the fact that this is an average hotel in a way below average neighborhood. The rooms are clean and spacious (mine was anyway),but little things mean a lot-Like inoperative fitness equipment, "Walking Dead"-type employees and locals just "hanging around" the property for vague reasons.I booked this property on a road trip and knew that my stay would be short, but there is no way I'd ever bring my family here.No way. There is an addiction treatment center a couple of blocks away and I suspect that that is a reason that there is a security guard on duty at night. To his credit,my car was still there the next morning,so he must be doing a good job. Otherwise, the only things that recommend this hotel are its location-Very near the I-40/25 interchange,so getting in or out of town for your visit is easy-and the price, which is right down in Motel 6 territory, but with a much, much larger room and bed.It would be great for single men traveling through, but other than that,I'd tell families to spend a few more bucks and get into a better neighborhood.
