Ok.
The interior of the rooms/apartments was nice, although is showing some wear. Thoughtfully done. However, the hallways were unclean, and frankly felt a little unsafe. My door had marks on it that showed someone had tried to breach it with a screw driver or other implement(but to be clear this did not happen when I was here). I think this is the disadvantage of a place where no one is there to supervise the comings and goings of people who are staying in the building. I wouldn't stay there again.
