Great little couple's getaway
Amazing couples trip. Love that Thom's Market and Juliet are both across the street. The property is beautiful- love the lobby, coffee shop, pool, and restaurant. I wish the room was as cool as the rest of the hotel. It's nice, but nothing too extravagant. Parking is very pricy- my husband and I each had our cars, so it was about $250 total for both our cars, for 3 days. Overall, we loved our stay and would stay here again for the location and uniqueness of the property. It's a very Austin and retro vibe. Bonus that it's pet friendly. 8.5/10.

8/10 Very Good

Very nice, but overpriced
There was absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel. It was clean. It was quiet. It was quirky. It was just way too expensive for what it was. The room was very tiny and had a college dorm feel. The shower and amenities were great and the staff was very friendly. Did not utilize the restaurant, but it looked very nice. I can only assume it was expensive because of the location but I’ve stayed at many other hotels in the heart of downtown Austin that were cheaper. Biggest drawback: the parking. The hotels.com profile said “parking available” but it was actually “super expensive parking available”. For one night in the hotel garage it was $37.75. Most I’ve ever paid for hotel parking in Austin is $20.
