This holiday home with its relaxing and secure garden is approximately 250m away from the beautiful lake of Zell am See. From your front door you have a fantastic view of the 'Kitzsteinhorn' and the 'Steinerne Meer'.
The use of the house is for max. 10 people. Apart from the spacious carport for 2 cars, the house can offer a quiet and big private garden. The house stands out because of its luxurious and elegant furniture and equipment. The open and spacious kitchen leads into an eating and living area with TV (42 inch) and DVD equipment and a view out to the terrace and garden. On the first floor you can find 4 double bedrooms , 1 bathroom, a separate toilet and a big balcony. In the basement of the house is yet another double bedroom with a small bathroom with shower and toilet and an additional refrigerator and table football.

Location/Leisure Activities: Quiet location; big, flat garden, walking distance to the lake (250m); the holiday house Elina is the perfect starting point for your sportive activities in the 'Upper Tauern', the ski resorts Zell am See-Kaprun, Saalbach Hinterglemm, Leogang and Kitzbuehel, as well as a golf course (18 hole) in the surrounding area. Family-friendliness because of spacious garden, BBQ etc. Very interesting places of excursions are the National Park Upper Tauern, the Lake Zell, the 'Lamprechts-caves' (longest cave system of Europe), the beautiful city of Salzburg (90km away) and also the quiet side valleys. The house is in a quiet location, yet central: Zell am See centre (10 min drive), Saalfelden (15 min drive) and within 10 to 20 minutes in one of the several ski resorts (Austria's biggest connected ski resort) like Saalbach-Hinterglemm, Zell am See, Leogang, Maria Alm and the Kaprun glacier (Kitzsteinhorn). Directly from the house there is a cross country ski run and pedestrian walkways.



Attractions: The newly built 'Tauern Spa Kaprun' is a delight for fans of relaxation, sauna and water. If you fancy a hike, wellness in the new spa, going for long walks, gourmandise, skiing, snowboarding, golfing, going swimming, sailing or fishing, everything is just a walk or a quick drive away from your doorstep.

The Spa Kaprun is equipped with Panorama-saunas, steam rooms, quiet and adventrue zones and a fire place lounge. The spa waterworld (indoor) with sport pool, relax pool, high pool with water cascade, a variety of quiet rooms. The spa waterworld (outdoor) has a natural brine pool, sport pool (25 m) and an adventure pool. Only 10km away from the holiday house and easily accessible by bus.

The holiday home Elina is equipped with everything you need: herbs and spices, espresso tabs, chocolate powder for the kids, organic sugar, natural salt (stone salt), welcome pack including beer, wine, napkins, organic juice, olive oil and balsamic vinegar (500 ml each), kitchen roll and all sorts of household articles such as cling film, kitchen foil, deep freezing bags, tupper ware, a torch, batteries, rubber bands, cleaning products etc.

The kitchen is equipped generously; you won't get shortage of dishes or cutlery. Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any special requirements or need for your holiday.
