Excellent value, especially for Moab.
A very good value. The best accommodations on my recent 10-day trip. Spacious, clean, everything in good working order. One tiny negative was that the lighting could have been brighter, but this seems to be the case wherever I travel.

Road trip during COVID
Our room was clean and relatively comfortable. We had a room along the road which was pretty loud, but ear plugs helped. My only concern was that the housekeeping staff were not wearing masks while cleaning rooms. Very disappointing to see.

Dirty
The people at the front desk were very nice and friendly. Great location on Main Street and across from the diner. Parking was AWFUL. There was never enough parking available, much less parking near our room. There’s no elevators, which wouldn’t be such a big deal if you could get a parking spot within the vicinity of your room but we had to park across the lot from our room and then climb stairs multiple times to bring everything in. Would NOT recommend this room to people with babies and toddlers. The room was dirty in general but the floors were appalling. After walking around barefoot for an hour our feet were black. We had to keep socks on the toddler and make sure he didn’t drop anything he would put in his mouth on the floor. We had to keep the baby in a pack and play the entire time, he did not touch the floor. Stains on the bedding; visible dirt on walls, light switches, and door. As we were packing up to leave we checked under the bed to make sure we didn’t leave anything and we found half drunk beer cans under one bed. Overall I guess it wouldn’t be so bad if you don’t have kids but we won’t be back.

Great hotel in a very good location!
Lonnie at the Front Desk was awesome. We were his fourth check in in a row around 8pm. His attitude was so funny. He set the tone for our stay. Our room was clean and well stocked. Comfy bed. Great shower head too. Excellent location. You can walk to everything.

At least 1 staff mbr needs Customer service traini
The girl at the front desk on the afternoon of September 20th was rude and not welcoming at all. I attempted to cancel my stay, but the so called silver rewards exclusive phone number for valued customers was a 40 minute to 1 hour wait for a call back. The girl at the front desk and hotels.com dropped the ball on this one. Room was clean and comfortable, nice location with multiple restaurants within walking distance.

Unrenovated room, but the cutest dang thing!
I think our stay here was a little out of the ordinary because we were put in one of the last original remaining rooms that was not renovated yet. BUT, OMG the room was so dang cute!!! It was like a little apartment with a breakfast nook, closet, full bathroom and had a 70s homely vibe with the front door an alcove like the Brady Bunch. I immediately asked the clerk if we could book it for another day, he was so helpful and nice and got us a great rate. Although the fridge wasn't working he also gave us a block of ice for our cooler that lasted for days. I'm not sure what the newer renovated rooms looked like, but we sure did enjoy our stay even with the original room we acquired. Perfect spot downtown, walking distance from everywhere and a pool for when you've been hiking and need a refresher. Loved it! Thanks Lonnie, you tha best!
