Value. Great location walking to most things in to
It’s a nice hotel. Quite despite being in the Main Street. The staff is helpful. We couldn’t make the room air turn on and they were over in a jiffy. They caught us taking bikes to the room but in the end, the bikes were conveniently and safely stored. They were quick to get them back to us so-dont have sedation anxiety.

Comfortable, but not exceptional
Advertised as a "Boutique Hotel", but that's just a joke. Older hotel, NO ELEVATOR (all hotels should state this up front), clean but needs updated. Front desk clerk (man) who checked me in was grumpy and didn't offer much info when I asked questions (the young ladies who worked there during the day were very friendly, though). My room was on the street, second floor, even though I had requested back of property on ground floor (I made my reservation in January for my stay in May). No breakfast offered but there are several nearby restaurants. Keurig coffeemaker was a nice touch.

Very Good 8.0
Everything is good, except hard to open the door. I spent 3 minutes to open the door on the first day, and more than 15 minutes and 2 walks to the front desk on the second day. It is frustrating.

Make Sure You Look At All Room Photos
First of all I want to thank Manager Rafael for being very professional and helpful when we were in a difficult situation. I booked this hotel based on the pictures on the website. After comparing prices throughout Moab this Hotel seemed fine. We were nearing the end of a 15 day trip that started in San Francisco and would be ending in Salt Lake City. We had stayed at LaQuinta for most of the trip and were very satisfied. We checked into the hotel and the person at the front desk was not very friendly but I didn't care. We drug our 2 large suitcases and 2 carry on bags up the flight of stairs to our room which was above the front desk. We opened the door and were unpleasantly surprised by the low quality of the room. The bathroom didn't even have enough space to sit a cup with your toothbrush! The air conditioner was squealing and the whole room smelled old and musty. My husband and I debated on what to do and decided to move to the LaQuinta if they had availability, which they did. We went back to the front desk and checked out. There was a different young lady who was apologetic and very professional. She did not offer us a different room or do anything to try to get us to change our minds. The hotel lost 3 nights of our business. After the fact when we returned home and I called and spoke with Rafael he explained that the room was their "economy room". It would have been fine for a guy or couple who were there for Easter Jeep Weekend and just
