The room was comfortable, the staff friendly, and attentive. But the location of the room made it difficult to sleep as I heard doors slamming all night long. This was either to stairwell or storage room but it was constant enough to wake me every so often. Additionally, a lot loud talking in the halls. Though not a hotel issue it was annoying.

I was disappointed by the property. To pay close to $400 a night and find the hallway carpet stained and lacking a good vacuuming, the rooms were ok but I found medicine caplets under our bathroom cabinet that indicated the room wasn’t cleaned well, and to sta at a $400 a night hotel and for them to only have a sports bar was really disappointing. I understand it’s a college town; you’re attracting tourist and need to be catering to your audience. The pool area was nice, and I appreciated having laundry services available.

It's a stylish little hotel for the price. Rooms are clean and trendy. They reach out to you during the stay to see how it's going which is nice. Only downside is it is super noisy. Stomping feet above you, hallway conversations at 7am, outdoor noise. My guess is it's an older hotel they revamped, but never added in soundproofing.
