Not satisfied!!!!
Was nother satisfied with the hotel at all. The elevators had a bad smell and the hallways. The ac units made too much noise and couldn't sleep as well with all the racket. The beds were too small for my husband, my baby, and i, and they said they were queen size beds which I highly doubt. Would not stay again. The pool was not as clean and the inside of the pool the blue paint came off on our hands and feet. Would not recommend this hotel at all. It does not look like the hotel that is posted on their Web page.

Just drive away. Fast.
I would say the worst hotel I ever stayed at except I left despite having paid for 2 rooms. Everything was awful from the inattentive and rude desk clerk to the nasty pool to the not habitable rooms. So bad I just got out without even trying to get a refund.

In the neighborhood.
While the staff was very friendly and accomodating, the hotel has obviously been neglected for a number of years. The laminate on the nightstand was taped down, the bedside lamp cord was spliced together with a different colored spare cord using duct tape. The location is questionable but I did not witness anything negative happening in the neighborhood. The elevator, which I was placed beside, left me uncertain of the reliability, therefore, I only used once and chose the stairs for the remainder of my stay. Overall, the location has been abused by guests in the past and needs attention to make it more desireable.

It was an average hotel
On the good side, the staff was great, and the food was good and it was very close to the Coliseum. However, There was no cable guide in the room or in the hotel book. Bathroom was clean, but the sink water would not turn off. There was no thermostat, and the window unit was slow to even the temp. There was no way to carry out coffee with a cap from the room or the dining area. The bedding was acceptable, but the mattress closest to the window needs to be replaced or turned. The curtains could not be closed because the hooks were off of the runner, and had to call for a light bulb. Hotel needs to be updated.
