I had a great stay. I was a late arrival but the front staff was very pleasant and professional. The room was very clean and i slept great. The hotel was quiet, and well decorated. Plenty of parking for my truck and trailer.

Not impressed with staff behavior
Everyone we encountered was friendly. Except one person who ruined the entire stay. Our last morning, we took our two toddlers to the continental breakfast. Mid-breakfast, our oldest said she had to use the restroom. When a toddler says they have to go, you take them as soon as you can. We took her to the restroom and our youngest followed. I’m sure it appeared we left our table a mess, but we weren’t even done and weren’t given an opportunity to clean up or even finish our breakfast. When I got back to the table, an older man who was an employee was having a hissy fit. Aggressively moving chairs and mumbling under his breath. I asked him if there was a problem and he said there was with the condition of our table. He was misogynistic calling me “hunny” to try to cover up his behavior and making me and my kids uncomfortable with his passive aggression. After that experience, I’m not sure I’ll stay there again. Which is unfortunate because the Ramada is where we always stay in Grand Forks for years now.

We had to get moved into a different room the first room when you arrived in there was urine dried up all over the toilet, and it smelled like sewer. The second room we went into was cleaner very comfortable bed. When we had a shower, the water wouldn’t drain. And started smelling sewer again the cleaning staff did not know how to clean very well for being an American Hotel the odour of marijuana was extremely strong. I will never spend my money there again, but I do have to say the lady at the front was extremely helpful and nice. All the doorhandles and doors were dirty like they hadn’t been washed in weeks I pointed it out to one of the maintenance man, and he shrugged his shoulders and walked away.

We had a great stay at the motel. The attendants were so helpful and we got everything we requested. The only thing I miss, and I believe this is the way it is at all motels now, is the cleaning of the rooms and bed making every day. It’s done now only by request. Our requests were always met and everyone was very nice. The kids enjoyed the very clean and size of the pool. They had so much fun. Thanks to all.
