Worst. Hotel. Ever.
This was an absolutely DISGUSTING place. NYPD was out front when we arrived making arrests. Went inside the lobby (which looks like the wish version of the photos posted here) and between the people obviously high passed out in the lobby and the prostitutes walking their johns back out the door, we could hardly get to the front desk. Went up to look at rooms before providing payment and it was atrocious. I would NEVER sleep in conditions like this. The only upside was the staff was so accommodating and understanding. They didn’t charge us a cancellation fee and even suggested some nicer properties to check out. Ended up spending way more last minute for a different place. Worst. Hotel. Ever.

Do not stay here. Unreliable
Booked accommodation for one night a week before the planned stay. When I arrived, the hotel was closed for refurbishment. No notification, no emails or calls were sent to let me know the situation before I got there. inside the hotel the owner or manager was overseeing work in the lobby - he had my booking on the system and suggested I call hotels.com to get a refund. Got the refund but I ended up paying way more to stay in another hotel last minute. I will not be using this website again as they did nothing to compensate or arrange alternative stay. They offered a potential discount depending on if the hotel in question accepts discount. I used another website instead.

The room was dirty, the sheets had stains on them, the toilet didn’t flush, I also found curly hair on my towels (looked like someone’s personal area hair). The hairdryer was so dirty they should just throw it out.

Several panhandlers were outside when was going to check in and one had a syringe in his hand. Decor from outside was so uninviting i didn’t even make an attempt to check in and booked somewhere else. Very disappointing and still waiting on my refund.
