    NEVER, EVER. Even if I am stuck.
    Tired hotel on the east tower. I, unfortunately, was diverted to St. Louis on my airplane and had to stay the night unexpectedly. The front desk attendant on the phone would not ask the shuttle driver, That just left, to wait 5 more minutes than normal as there was a group of us waiting for our luggage and would need a ride to the hotel due to the flights status grounded for the evening, her response, "I have other customers in front of me and I don't have time to call them". Also, when I finally did get to the hotel, I was checked in and offered my elite status number and she said,'It doesn't matter, you are going to be in the king bed you requested in the east tower, anyway". I do not know if that was the same attendant. Then when I got to my room, which was dingy, old and tired, with a musty smell that evening, she would not help with my inquiry of asking for breakfast to be delivered to my room, as I missed the 12 midnight cut off, and her response again was, "I am with a customer checking in and if the restaurant did not pick up, there is nothing I can do." In addition to the old room, the steam from the shower let off the smoke detector in my room.
