    Keep Elevator in your sight!!!!
Went for a conference where there is nothing exciting happening in the surrounding area.. if you do kot have business in the walking distance, this is a poor area to stay at in Athens. Hotel itself if typical Hyatt with this time Poor breakfast service and I mean poor variety, horrible eggs, little service and an annoying hostess one morning out of four. Internet connectivity is poor on hotel floors, you must switch to wireless which was working on and off. Low priced choice gets you a room ( this is serious and must be read with attention to the wing opposite to the elevator wing (inner courtyard rooms but it’s ok) which means a walk of around 100 meters every time and one way (serious) insist on a room near to elevatir or at least at the side wings. Cool pool with limited reclining chairs if the weather is good. And there is no Spa; don’t be fooled by the sign but a decent gym.

    Amazing hotel, great location.
The hotel exceeded our expectations. The location of the hotel is great , close to the local attractions and walking distance to good restaurants and coffee shops. The room and amenities are outstanding. The staff is attentive and friendly. Pantelis and Iris did an amazing job hosting us !

    Disappointing.
We had to check in late cuz of flight time. The altho I had requested a king, there were only twin bed rooms left, which in fairness they had said would not be quaranteed. But they need to have more rooms suitable for couples. We stayed for 5 nights sleeping 2 in a twin bed.We had to have the HVAC serviced twice during the stay. The heat didn't work and because of the cyclone effects we needed heat! The hotel restaurant did not have the new winter menu yet so many items on the menu were not available, I was unable to find direct email address for the hotel as I planned the trip. I wanted to contact them with questions about the location and tours. As for the location, it is quite far from Syntagma Square and in the middle of many sex shoppes and shows. Not a pretty location. Not many restaurants you can walk to.Most of staff were agreeable. I would not book this hotel again.

Hotel is brand new--just opened since August of 2018. Everything was totally first class. 2 staff members went out of their way to retrieve a cell phone left in a taxi by wife. Great breakfast buffet, great rooftop pool with view of Acropolis. Everything was great.

Ok hotel, but little details disappointed a bit
The hotel itself looks amazing, with spacious rooms and modern appliances. However the service was so-so for this chain. While we were checked in, the service team just kept talking to themselves and did not provide typical attention to the customer as Hyatt elsewhere does. Most disappointing thing was that our room was right behind elevator vault. As a light sleeper I could not sleep majority of the night due to hearing elevator system make light knocking sounds. There was not hot water on our arrival time. It seemed to worked as we were leaving. However there is no proper ventilation so the hot water stem caused the fire alarm to go off, which was located close to bathroom entrance. Location is far from any major attractions, so you need to take taxi in order to walk around the city or get food food outside of the hotel. Those little details make a whole picture and it was a first time when my expectations about Hyatt were far away from the actual combined experience.
