Sad state of affairs, will never stay at a Holiday Inn property again. Other than the lobby, dirty, old, unkept. Could hear vehicles outside the hotel all night: Nothing pleasant about this stay.

We used this hotel to stay the night before our flight. The shuttle got us to the airport on time Everything was fine until we were at the airport waiting in the cold for over 40 min for the transport bus to return and pick us up. We called 3 times told each time leads than 15 minutes. Another hotel bus took us to our hotel because they felt bad we were waiting so long. From now on we will go with another hotel. The company that did take us.

I stayed there before but only to catch a plane. When I got back I stayed. Kitchen was to be open until 9. Cook had left at 730. At least they started the deep fryer and I was able to eat chicken tenders then the light was out in the elevator. Not feeling the safest I was up on the top floor. Not the greatest room. No breakfast unless you paid. It just wasn’t near what I expected
