The hotel was really nice and the staff was very accommodating. When we arrived to our room it smelled like cigarette smoke, I called the front desk and they moved us promptly to another room. And the staff was very friendly.

We like it
We love Caribbean Beach. Probably won’t stay again though because of parking fees.will just stay at a Vacation club resort. Points exchange is outrageous to use points to stay but then you have to pay parking.
