Very Good8.0
World's Worst Pillows
Beautiful hotel, great view, lots of choices for food and drink, excellent staff. But, holy cow, world's absolute worse bed pillow! Most good hotels give you some choice on pillows. Each of our double beds had three pillows, all exactly the same, all like sleeping on a brick. I'm a side sleeper and my ears and scalp are sore from the pillows. Awful, Awful, Awful. And, seriously, if you can't get a good night's sleep . .. .

Bait and Switch
I'm extremely disappointing with this specific Hyatt and with When I booked the room through, it said it had a King bed. When I arrive and check in, I'm told I have a parlor room that has a pull out bed. I was then told that in my confirmation it says I had the parlor room, but doesn't mention the size of the bed. I would never and I mean never book a pull out bed for a personnel or work trip. Plus, nowhere in the booking did it talk about a parlor room. This was a pure bait and switch tactic. Your staff also upcharged me to get a normal room, which I of coarse did. I've stayed here before for work conferences and never had an issue. This is egregious behavior. The hotel was also packed and parking/valet is an absolute nightmare. It's simply poorly run. I will never stay here again and I plan on telling my coworkers, family and friends to never stay there. I'll spend the extra money and stay elsewhere. Absolute garbage.
