Hyatt cypress review
Good: Hotel is beautiful, property is fantastic. Love the fact the pool is always opened. Rooms are small but clean and functional. I thought service was exeptional. Bad: Not enough elevators and I didn’t see a staircase (not good if there was a fire). If you go in the cooler months there is only 1 heated pool. That means everyone is crammed into one single pool. My biggest problem with the hotel was that i felt i was getting penny pinched everyday. Self parking $22 day, $33 a day hidden cost to utilize property plus the overpriced restaurants and breakfast buffet. They have a buisness center but of course if you need to utilize a computer they charge you. They will tell you that they cater to cooperate travelers and that is why they have some of these fee’s, but this is Disney the biggest family destination in the world. The Hyatt should be Above the moneygrabbing schemes.

Very Good
Mostly 5 Star, 4.5 overall. Great for Family
Great Hotel. Let me start out with a quick shout to how good it is! Worth every bit of the $200-250 (if you book far enough in advance) but still worth it if you don't book in advance - up to $300 a night. The food is also top notch. Service quite good. CELIAC Families - LOTS and LOTS of option!!! Great place if you need (or just prefer) to eat Gluten Free. No one ever said no, and everyone smiled and said hello. Very family friendly, other families were easy going people (mostly parents/grand parents). Tennis instructors were AWESOME! OK... to be fair - I Marked down 4/5 on comfort and cleanliness due to hallway carpets and microwave areas that could be kept cleaner. I know, hallway carpeting is tough (and expensive to replace) but it just looks bad. Also, the pool needs attention during the day. Several times there were branches, leaves, and other stuff (food?) floating and/or on the bottom. There are lots of kids running around, dropping stuff, so having just one person do a sweep every hour would put it over the top. That's not to say it ever felt dirty - everything is very clean - I'm just picky and with all the kids... a bit more pickup duty is required. Otherwise, this place is fantastic! Very family friendly. For a family of 4, Plan on $50-80 for breakfast and $100 for lunch (with alcohol) and $100 to $200 for dinner (with alcohol) depending.
