Bad service from receptionist
I used to stay at this hotel for the past 7 years, but i guess its time to move on! The reception ( the lady with glasses) declined my check out after 12 pm claiming there is no availability, when i asked to pay for extending that till 4 pm (usually complimentary in all hotels given its available) they gave me a rate of 80% of one night, and now a room is available!! Definitely no hospitality and definitely my last stay there.
