Excellent Hotel

Had a great time in Chicago and staying at this hotel was a big part of that reason. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived early and intended to check our bags in while we explored before check in time. We were allowed to check in early and given an upgraded room for a very reasonable price. The food at the bar and at American Craft Kitchen was excellent. The Starbucks in the hotel was convenient and the coffee was delicious. Lots of choices for a quick snack or meal. We are definitely returning
