they need to upfate their mattresses and pillows.
i love Hyatt Hotels; the rooms, staff, etc. cheerful and accommodating. however, they should get fitted sheets. I hate having to remake the bed every night in order to have a smooth bed.

We spent a night unexpectedly in DC after our flight home was cancelled due to weather. Room was quite comfortable, quiet and well-appointed (although it could have used a frig). Excellent, modern and inclusive fitness center. Location was excellent for sightseeing on and around the National Mall. Staff was helpful, and the price very affordable.

I wish the pool was a few degrees warmer. It was cool on an overcast day. I loved that we were walking distance to the Capitol and Smithsonian.

Wasn’t very happy!
4.5 star rating is a joke! First site of hotel looked good, parking in garage is 66$ a night, 1/2 bloock away 27$ secured building! we walked in to a surprise that wow this is fancy! We checked in and she was very nice put on on the 9 th floor to find our room dirty, wasn’t clean! Back to check in to get a different room, I started to think this was a mistake- hallways dirty for a Friday evening. Room was on the small side, just there for night - the bed sucked , we both agreed 2 beds both uncomfortable! No complimentary breakfast- thaught I would mention that two! I don’t recommend! For the price. Booked on hotel. Com no refunds so stay or eat it!
