Good value
One night stay for bass hall performance. Bath had only one full size Towel. I was disappointed there is no made to order room service, but since Hilton in Manhatten Started that trend, it’s spread. Plenty of great restaurants in neighborhood anyway. Room was large, blackout drapes excellent and bedding very comfy. Pretty good value, particularly on holiday football weekend

Amenities are Crap
When we checked in, we were told breakfast was served until 10 or 10:30. It was implied that it was free. However, a waiter came by our table as we were eating the next morning and set a bill down without saying anything. We should have clarified, but it was ridiculous. The biscuits and gravy were disgusting, and the eggs were bland. We basically paid $33 for a couple pieces of fruit and bacon. Also, it was a buffet of food and drinks that we served ourselves, and the servers did nothing for us except put a bill down on the table. After paying $40 for parking one car and $33 for a terrible breakfast for two people, I was not impressed. The hotel was nice enough, and the location is basically what you pay for. Do NOT eat the breakfast because you’ll be disappointed. Go to the restaurant down the street.

Thanksgiving Weekend
We booked Thanksgiving weekend expecting a Hilton experience, but we were generally disappointed that it was just a normal hotel experience. Everyone was certainly nice, but there was not a special experience that we would have expected from a downtown Hilton, full service hotel.

Nice stay, parking & breakfast disappointment
Beautiful hotel, very clean & inviting, excellent customer service; parking was a problem as valet was the only convenient option for $30 overnight; breakfast was not included which was disappointing since the room was close to $200 for one night.

Disappointed
Booked king room, instead got room with two double beds...not queen...double. Very disappointed. Our telephone in the room didn't work so had to go down to front desk to request valet (or anything). Had to wait for Concierge (one was visiting with someone for some time and the other was nowhere to be found) Hotel is way overpriced.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in by far in Fort Worth. Very handy to the train station and Sundance Square. A little on the pricey side but definitely worth it.
