Great medium-price hotel in central London
A great way to end our trip. Our suite was super comfy, spacious, and well-appointed. We had all the amenities we wanted, and the air conditioning worked great. The staff was all helpful and friendly, and wanted to make us as happy as possible. Not the best immediate surroundings for activities, but a quick walk to more happening areas and right by several key Tube stations and lots of bus stops.

The hotel is wonderful and we have stayed there several times but this time the room itself was disappointing. The bathroom toilet had problems and we were told it couldn't be fixed because of the bank holiday so we had two nights of a noisy running toilet. The sink was blocked up but that was fixed. The room was quite small and seemed shabby in comparison to previous stays. The breakfast was great as usual but the service was poor.We were not offered coffee after 15 minutes and had to flag someone down. We were not the only ones to do this and people around us were getting upset. Overall the staff at the front desk are lovely and the location is good but this was not the best experience for us.
